Is there any way to hear a busy tone and put the call on hold when the phone is busy talking to another user ?
What I mean is that normally the caller hear a ring ring sound when the phone is busy with another line. Can we change it to beeb beep....

no way to do this with CUCM alone, you would need to use something like Unity with supervised transfers or maybe CRS can do something like this

Just ipphone to ipphone calling
like in mobile.....
