Phone doesnt take updates

I am trying to make changes to a phone which is an 6.1.2 cluster and it doesnt take the changes. I am not able to reset the phone from callmanager either. DB replication looks good. Any other ideas would be helpful.

Also make sure you are running the latest 6.12 ES

No the SR

ES clears up more that the SR and it is specific to some issues that you are seeing.

Check which server the phone is registered to. Can you verify your dbreplication in RTMT that each server is 2 2 and 4 for total? If if have other numbers, dbreplicatoin is not working and possibly why you cant control the phone. If it's only one phone, then it's probably just that phone, but if it's all phones, you have a DB issue.

I have many 6.12 running and have not seen this issue. If the RTMT logs, do you have any errors related to SDL?
