No video in 7985 Ip phone(urgent help needed)

we have received 7985 ip phone.I have Cisco call manager 5.1 in our network.All 7906G,7942 ip phone register and work fine.The cisco 7985 ip phone also registers but only audio is working,video is not working.Do i need to configure anything more call manager.Please help!!!!!

enable video in phone conf mode....

check in region setting...
