IPCC error Code "12002"

Hi ,

We are getting the below given 1 st leval error code at IPCC .

12002 PERERR_JTAPPLAY_REQUESTNOTFOUND

1st Level Text = ' Request Not found - No client'

Can someone helpout me to get workaround or solution for this issue

Try to do the following:

- Remove all the shared lines

- Stop the services on PGs

- Restart the CTI Manager Service on each CallManager

- Start the PGs services back up
