UC500 to Multiple Audio Output

Hello I am using a UC500 with all the 8 FXO unused.

I need to connect the 2 FXO to 2 TV. User want to hear from the Phone to the TV.

I had already manage to configure one to one connection between phone and TV, but the customer require many to one (multicast)

is there any method to configure it?

Will using E&M solve the issue?

It is not straightforward to do this.

first of all the FXO needs current loop, so you will need to use E&M instead, second you may configure as the audio source as MOH or conference into it, but it is not said it will achieve exactly what the customer wants.
