Hello Rupesh,
the ratio of the byte counts on the different queues define the bandwidth used by each queue.
if it is 1500 byte, 1500 byte, 3000 byte
Q3 has 50%, Q1 and Q2 25% of bandwidth
this is not exact because the size of packets plays a role.
