NAC issue with trend micro AV update

NAC fires the requirement of AV rule of trend micro but doesn't update the NAC once its updated so it keeps asking to update the AV every time.

Any idea

I have this problem too.

In your case it doesn't recognize the definitions and you have auto fix enabled so it just keeps doing it - to no avail.

Note there is one post in there that states Cisco is actually aware of the issue.

I read this post and it is for Norton only,

and Im using 4.5 software but still not sure what is the problem and how to resolve it.

We use 4.5 as well so it's not a particular version of the NAC software. And it's not just Norton unfortunately.

Well I'm sure I will not get rating points for this answer.

But we and several others are waiting on Cisco for a fix/confirmation :(

I've taken the autofix option out in the mean time.
