autoattendant console on callmanager 5.1

hi

i configured pilot point ,attendant console user,application user etc and installed plugin in my pc.

now when i call the pilot number,i am getting only engaged tone and whn dialling a number form attendant console hetting a test message "no free line available".

can u please help me to configure it step by step.

I have this problem too.

verify the following:

-make sure your pilot point has any members (extensions) assigned to it.

-have you associated a "controlled" device to the ac user? (in cucm admin paget go to application user-->ac)

-also, can you dial the individual extensions that make up the attendant phone? internally or externally?

there is no other number like pilot point..there are group number in pilot point..

i have associated ac user with cti 3 groups..

i have associated acdevice user with phone ..

my attendant console showing numbers in directroy ...but when i am calling from there showing "no line available"..

pleas ehelp..

why pilot point is nto reguistering..
