why I could get "Partially Successful " error message?

The error message is:

1. yy-6513-1 VLAN RUNNING May 05 2009 03:00:28 SSH: Failed to establish SSH connection to 172.x.x.x - Cause: Authentication failed on device 3 times. VLAN Config fetch is not supported using TFTP.TELNET: Failed to establish TELNET connection to 172.x.x.x - Cause: Connection refused.

2. yy-6513-1 PRIMARY RUNNING May 05 2009 03:00:25 Successful

3. yy-6513-1 PRIMARY STARTUP May 05 2009 03:00:14 Successful

why I have authentication issue on VLAN if I could archive the configuration of running-config and start-config?

The vlan.dat can only be archived using telnet or SSH. The startup and running configs can be archived using other protocols such as TFTP/SNMP. This error points to invalid telnet/SSH credentials in DCR for this device. Re-enter the username and password credentials for this device in DCR, and make sure you can connect to this device from the LMS server, and login successfully.
