Dear all,
we are using Ciscoworks lms 3.0.1 standalone server.
In ciscoworks Assistent portal , when we click server setup we are getting error
CWA14: No HTTP response from ciscoworks server.
Either:1.The server may be down. Or2.The protocol, port number or the user credentials may be wrong.
1.Check the server connection.
2.Check the credentials.
3.Restart the Daemon Manager.
we can view the server setting and we have not modified any credentials or stopped any services.Everything is working fine.
Why this error is coming and what should be done to clear it .
thanks
with regards,
ashraf

This is most likely a problem with your System Identity User credentials, then. Go to Common Services > Server > Security > System Identity Setup, and re-enter valid user credentials for a user which has full access to all of LMS. Then see if CWA works.

I cannot say what happened. It may have been that the file which stores this information became corrupt on the file system.
