Hii Expert,
What is the better tool for VOIP doing the following:
Provide collated monitoring view
Provide collated management view
Provide proactive log correlation and thresholding
Provide capacity reporting
Provide utilization reporting
Provide configuration mgt DB
Provide asset mgt tracking function
Provide automation to provision
Provide once screen to monitor all systems

AS far as Cisco I guess RTMT is most comprehensive. You can search for third party tools.
If you can give a more detailed idea of the reports I can try searching

Many thanks for your reply, actually am looking for a tool to handle more than Voip System within our clients, such as hp open view, but i need it to monitor the voice systems.

Q1. which callmanager version are you using and what other voip devices do you want to monitor ?
If you want to monitor gateways(routers) and you have a good number of routers and switches you can inquire about "Ciscoworks" software.
Have you tried RTMT ?
Also there are a lot of alerts and alarms that can be generated to a mailbox using Cisco Callmanager Alarms Menu.You can ask you VOIP technician about the same

As i told you we have more than call manger version and sites..and also we have one system other than cisco(avaya)
