Can we change roles of HELPDESK user

Our company is using Ciscoworks LMS 3.0.1

WE have created new user with helpdesk previleges.

IN user login profile ,HUM is not displayed and we even want to set some additional previleges to this user.

we want the user to do some changes in campus manager topology.

how we can change the roles of helpdesk user.

You can't changed the privileges of the helpdesk role itself.

If you integrate LMS with ACS you can have this added granularity for accounts, giving/removing certain permissions.

I want to known which user will have the privileges to see HUM portel and access the other applications with only read

permission.

WE have helpdesk users to monitor the network and they have to monitor all modules and even monitor HUM portel in their user profile.

Can this be done.
