Hi,
You can run a Subscriber report to get this data:
Or, you can open Exchange System Manager and take a look at the user's mailbox size there.
Hope that helps, if so please rate.

Find the user in Active Directory Users and Computers. Double click the user, and click the "Exchange General" tab. This shows where the mailbox is located in Exchange. Then open Exchange System Manager and find the mailbox, there is a column off to the right that shows the size of all the users' mailboxes in KB.

You'll need to log into the mailbox and delete the messages manually. You can use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to gain access to the mailbox and delete messages that way by going to something similar to http://

2.) Based on the attachment, you can see there's a "purge" but it's just grey out. Please advise steps how to purge/delete or empty users voicemail mailboxes.
Thanks and appreciation.

1) If Exchange is on the same server as Unity you'd type in:
Then you should be prompted with the login screen, and you will enter the domain\alias then the user's password.
2) What you're seeing as far as the grayed out Purge option is for purging the entire mailbox once the mailbox is marked for deletion. This does not purge messages within the mailbox so I don't think this is what you're looking for.

You login with the PNG-VOICE\useraccount
Plus, by looking at those mailboxes, it says the last login was by UnityAdmin which indicates Unity is not configured correctly. UnityMsgStoreSvc should be the only account logging into the mailboxes. I would re-read the installation guide and make sure all of your permissions are correct and that you're using all of the correct accounts.
