Transfer Fastdial lists from one CM to another CM??

Is it possible to transfer numerous fast dial lists from one Call Manager to another Call Manager? 4.0 to 6.1. Thanks.

You can use BAT to export the fast dials. It will put them in the CSV file. Copy the fast dials out and place them into the CSV formatted for CUCM 6.x. Import and it should work.

Fast dials are numbers you access from your personal directory. Fast Dials exist because you can easily add them using only the IP Phone and you can edit them and delete them really fast. Another term that can be easily mistaken are the Speed Dials, you can add these through BAT, the IP Phone's Administration page and through the CCMUser interface.
