Wireless roaming-Reporting

Is there a way to report on how much client roaming is happening on my wireless

network. We have 13 WISM's, managed by a WCS. We run SV 4.2.176.0 on the controllers and 4.2.110.0 on the WCS.

One way...

When a wireless NIC roams it will create a System Event 4201 and 4202 codes under the system event log of the PC. You can actually see when the NIC moves to a new AP (4201) or re-ASS to an existing one (4202).

I use this often when troubleshooting.

I am not aware of a "log" in the WISMs or WCS. But perhaps someone else might chime in..

But give the event log a spin. It will give you the exact time and datw when the wireless nic roams.
