Desktop Phone Loads in 4.13 That Provide Speed Dial / Contact List ?

Are there any 7941/61 phone loads for the 4.13 release of Call Manager that provide the ability of the end-user to build their own speed dials / contact lists?

users can configure speed dials via ccmuser page and the FW has nothing to do with this, FW does not have nothing to do with the speed dials which are configured in CCM

PAB is also configured via CCMuser and might be configured on phone but again, FW has nothing to do with this as this is a CCM service
