LMS Protlets

Hi,

We are using LMS 3.1 and wanted to customize the hompage look.

Is there a way to delete the default portlets like LMS Workflows Demos and CiscoWorks Product Upgrades.

I have checked and found the Functional page prolets cannot be removed, so is there any background config or properties

file which can be modified to remove these portlets.

No. The Functional View is immutable. If you want to create a default customized view, create a new view (either in the Private or Public portal), then set that view to the default view.

If you do the changes to the Public portal, then all users can switch to that portal, and make use of that default portal view.
