WS-C3750G-48TS upgrade problem

Hi ... We recently attempted an upgrade on a 3750G-48TS switch from 12.2(25)SEB1 C3750-IPBASE-M to 12.2(50)SE1 ipservices. The current boot loader is 12.2(25r)SE1.

The upgrade failed with a message of "Loading "flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-50.SE1.bin"...flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-50.SE1.bin: short read: bad mzip file Error loading "flash:c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-50.SE1.bin" "

I verified the image with a "verify /md5" command.

Any idea why this failed? Any help would be appreciated.

Try downloading the IOS from the Cisco website again.

Perhaps try to download the .tar image from cisco.com and then upgrade using the "archive download-sw ..." command.
