Are the devices in separate regions? If so, what is the codec specified between those regions? G729? If so, go to System, Service Parameters, select the server from the drop down box, select IP voice media streaming App, scroll down to "Supported MOH Codecs" and select G729 as well. You'll then have MOH.

If that didn't fix it, which MOH file are you using? The default Cisco one? If you're using a custom file, make sure you upload the file to both servers, assign it an audio source number, apply it to the lines/phones. After you upload the file and add it as a audio source, restart the ip voice media streaming app as well.

Please rate if this helps.

Try to reset the MOH server, it should resolve the issue, if not, then try reset the MRG and MRGL.

Giftonable,

How exactly do you reset an MRG or an MRGL?  Please explain.
