Hi,

we use the number2name-anidnis.tcl script from Paolo with the AutoAttendant Menü

on CUE.

Our Problem:

Someone dials the AA number and select for example the two (this is a voice-hunt group or a single number),

then the call disconnet.

Without the the AA Menü we have no Problems with number2name, and without the number2name script we have

no Problems with the transfer.

CUE is configured to use BYE-Also for transfers. Maybe the CME TCL scripts don't work with the SIP Also header field. You might want to try the other CUE settings, e.g.

ccn subsystem sip

transfer-mode semi-attended

At least if the transfer fails this should allow CUE to recover the initial call.

Hi,

we have change the script and everything is fine :-)

Regards
