Exchange server 2003 smtp access via Cisco 1812 rouer

Hi,

I have a Cisco 1812 router. I currently am unable to receive emails from the outside world to my exchange server. I believe it is a issue with my router not allowing smtp traffic to my server which has a private ip address. I need to forward all smtp traffic to my server ip, can anyone walk me through this setup. Note I use SDM to do any configs to my router.
