Device mobility on a CUPC

I have a problem setting up a device mobility on a CUPC. It seems, that the UPC phone is not able to reset themself after CUCM give him a new device pool. I need to restart the client manualy or switch to the deskphone and then back to softphone.

Does anyone have a simmilar problem ?
