Upgrading NCM 1.3.1 to 1.4

I am trying to upgrade my NCM to version 1.4 I am currently at version 1.3.1. I have smartnet with upgrades on it. I can't find the file to upgrade it. I found the demo of 1.4 but not the service pack update. Does anyone know where this is? Is it named differntly? Can I use the demo to upgrade?

NCM 1.4 is not an upgrade that you can download as a file

You would need to go to http://www.cisco.com/upgrade and enter your contract number there. If available you can then order the upgrade.

If it is not there then you will need to talk to your acct team or reseller about getting the upgrade.
