CallConnector CCTSDBSVR.exe process at 100% indefinitely

I have installed Cisco Unified CallConnector on two different machines now and after configuration and a subsequent reboot the CCTSDBSCR.exe process starts up and stays at 100%. If I stop all the CallConnector services and restart them it happens again. I have confirmed this to happen on two different machines, one being Windows XP and the other Windows Server 2008. This is the latest version available on the download site right now - 1.5.0.23. Any thoughts?

I found the problem for those that may run into this. I went back through the Server Setup Wizard and noticed that one of the Server Parameter pages had nothing the IP address field. I simply chose the server IP address from the drop-down, restarted the services and all was well again.
