Changing the Agent Peripheral ID might cause some issues such as Agent would never receive a call even if the Skill was assigned to the agent.


This change might impact on the WebView reporting and / or any third party Work force solution reporting. Note that these Agent Peripheral IDs are used along with the Skill Target IDs.


But why is the change intended?
