Is there any licenses, other thean the Software Feature PAK, that are required for upgrading from 5.1 to 7.0. I thought I needed to do something with the DLU's as well in this case.

the only change is that you will need to get your Feature License which allows you to start the ccm services, you carry your DLUs and node licenses from 5.X
