MTP failing to register after a reboot of CCMPub

Error: MtpNoMoreResourcesAvailable - No more MTP resources available.

App ID: Cisco CallManager

Explanation: MTP resource is not available.

Recommended Action: Install additional MTP or transcoder resources..

We are running CCM 4.3, the first time the MCS OS was 2003.1-2, this last one was on 2003.1-4sr5.

If you need more info let me know, and obviously if you have any suggesttions they'll be gratefully received.

This is only a small cluster, PUB and just 1 other SUB.

There are more than enough resources as mentioned a small cluster.

We could replicate this again and maybe do a debug H323 on gateway but customer is reluctant for us to use their network for testing purposes.

Check if for MOH you have G729 enable, this is most of the causes for getting this message, this error can mean a lack of MTP or XCODER resources,

MTP is not registering?

which type of MTP? SW, MTP using IPVMS, please clarify

best thing is check if calls are failing, and what device should be introduce, if you need help checking traces, you can open a TAC case with us.
