Phone call counts

I need to find out how many calls have been received on an extension. I am relatively knew to CM and not sure how to go about doing so. Will someone give me some guidance? TIA - Jake

You can use CDR and search by Extension.

If you are using Callmanager 4.x this link should help

In CUCM 5.x and later process is slightly diffrent
