We have run into a very odd problem with a new phone deployment for one of our clients. We are running CCA 1.9.1 with the latest Early Release IOS and phone loads on the UC unit. We have about 30 7940s and 7 7911's. I programmed all the phones and set them aside. The other day we were adding some phones and opened up the CCA, under the users tab all of the 7911's information was gone (the phone type, first, last names, userID and password). I re-added the phones and tried to save it but it puts a red box around the Phone type. I click the drop down and only 7911 is listed, but it won't let me save the config. I was able to fully program all of the phones through CLI and have no issues with them, however we want to get the CCA working properly again. I checked the flash and we have phone loads for the 7911's. not sure what is going on, any advice would be greatly appreicated. Thanks in advance!

Jorge,
Can you please capture the troubleshooting logs while the problem takes place?

I honestly didn't know you could capture troubleshooting logs through the CCA when saving the phone config. Can you guide me to the information that would allow me to do this so I can post it?

Thanks, I'll take a look at this. Unfortunately with the CCA situation I am in right now I'll have to hold off on this, once the bug is fixed I'll get the logs posted.
