Don't have a guide, but if you have a 11XX Nortel series phone, you can change the firmware to a sip one and then try to register to CCM as a third party sip phone.

Good news. It seems you are going to Cisco. Take a look at nortel documentation I think you should have, and change using an tftp sever the 11XX series firmware to a sip firmware. Then try to join the SIP Nortel Phone to Call Manager using an standar SIP profile in Call Manager.
