transcoding between g.723 and g.711 and/or g.729

Is there any way that I can do transcoding and conferencing between G.723 to and from G.711 and /or G.729 ?

If using cucm, you can setup regions accordingly and have proper transcoders that support both codecs

I was just trying to configure HW media resource ( 28XX router) using Cisco Online DSP calculator tool. Under the transcoding and coinferencing seciton it never shows g.723 selections. Only g.711 and g.729 are shown.

C510 does not support g.723 codec for transcoding

I do not have catalyst switch in this particular installation . Is there any way that I can configure a router-based conferancing resource for this requirement ?
