Hi to all,
Hope all is well, I'm very sorry to bother you,but I have a big problem, over the weekend my kids where playing on my laptop (a MacBook-pro OS X from apple.) I have no idea what they're done in it, my notebook does recognize my id but no the password. (sight) on the sumary error shows Unique Password ID: 86AC753D-OICE-4DSI-AE3D-439BCO631EBS. I talk with apple, but they said that I need to reset the whole hard drive, but I can do that since I have work that I been done in the last 3 years with the last updates, so I can not loose the infothet is inside, Thanks a lot and hope that you can help!!!
