Hi,
Got a 7911 on CFA to any PSTN number. Calls from IP phones will follow divert but incoming PSTN calls get message 'Number has not been recognised'.
Anyone seen before?

can u post ccm detailed trace and include calling number, ipphone number and cfa destination.

Hi,
I have also seen this happen with the voice gateway IOS. Had an instance where we hairpinned using Callmanager 4 we upgraded to 6 and the hairpin did not work. As the change was to the callmanager took us ages to work out but in the end we changed the VG IOS and it worked. So try a different IOS (Cant remember the IOS version we had) as well on the gateway
