If you reload / re-insert the blade, it will usually automatically check and optionally (re)place the module firmware version.
Alternatively, use privileged admin command:
<< reload module x force-dnld >>
where 'x' is the involved module.
I presume, the module was operational and its configuration (merely it's port-settings etc.) were retained in running or start-up config, else you might need to do a reconfig.
Note: a reload will likely disrupts involved traffic.
If the module gives issues, check things out via the
<< show module x recovery-steps >> command to see what it brings.
