ADD.log error message in CU OM 2.1

hello,

last night my CU OM plateform displays this error message "an exception occurred while accessing the Database check the ADD.log file".

Is this a major issue that will be affect the Operations Manager working?

in attachement there is the AAD.log.

The error here points to a login problem on your itemEpm database. First, check the Windows services startup parameters in the Services control panel. Make sure the IPC Operations Manager database engines are set to Manual start. Then try rebooting the server.

If the problem persists, shutdown the Daemon Manager, and reset the itemEpm database password with the command:

NMSROOT\bin\perl NMSROOT\bin\dbpasswd.pl dsn=itemEpm

NMSROOT is the path into which CUOM is installed.

Thanks for your post.

I have check the services as you say, and the IPC OM Database Engine is started manual.

After reboot the server, the services are also in "started manual" , I wiil monitor the error message and reset the password if the problem persists.
