I want to use NM-CUE for making custom announcements for a given day. How many such announcements are supported per module and do i need special licenses for the purpose?

There is no pre-set number. There are no licensing requirements.

I meant systemwide announcement not individual mail box announcement. Is it just limited by memory avaialability?
