Hello
We have a router that has 4 FXO ports connected to phone lines, but if the phone at the other end is off-line we get the message "The subscriber cannot be reached..." but the call is not disconnected.
Is there a way to disconnect calls that are not on-line.
Thanks

Do you receive tones after the announcement? If not, it's impossible to disconnect the call.

Not on this type of call.
What would be our options if we go an engaged tone?
Thanks

To configure tone based disconnect supervision.

I've tried a number of various variations of the supervisory disconnect command I still doesn't disconnect call when I receive a busy tone.
Any thoughts.

You do not have the tones configured correctly.

Hi,
Please refer the following link.

The command "supervisory disconnect anytone" should work.
