Hi all, if a dhcp snooping port is violated, what will happen, is the port err disabled and shut down? or are they just filtered ?

I have this problem too.

depends on violation...if it is too many DHCP requests port can be configured to go error disable.

Dynamic arp inspection also uses the snooping info to block arp entries in which case you get log message.
