Hi all,

I have an issue with the following command on a new Cisco 2821 router.

when I try to add this command to the router it comes with the following error

WIC slot is empty or does not support clock participate

Any idea? Thanks!

Nour

Try entering the following command first:

router(config)#card type t1 1

This is assuming this is a T1 and not an E1.

Hope this helps.
