ASA CSC virus scanning problem

Hi, i have an ASA with CSC module that i updated it succefully but now when ASA comes up and after 1 minute virus scanning service becomes unavailable. i checked licenses and it is valid till 2010, what should be a problem?

Ensure that no one has disabled the virus scanning feature on the SMTP Incoming, SMTP Outgoing, POP3, HTTP, and FTP Scanning windows. If scanning is enabled but viruses are not being detected, contact Cisco TAC for assistance. Also, test the virus scanning feature by following the instructions described in the below URL:
