Has anyone come across a problem where a 7921 IP phone has got stuck in headset mode where you cannot transmit or recieve voice to/from the phone.
I have tried upgrading the firmware but no joy. There seems no ducumentation about this, so is this a hardware fault or does anyone know a fix/workaround?
