Hi,
Has anyone come across a problem where a 7921 IP phone has got stuck in headset mode where you cannot transmit or recieve voice to/from the phone.
I have tried upgrading the firmware but no joy. There seems no ducumentation about this, so is this a hardware fault or does anyone know a fix/workaround?

Hi Paul,
This seems to indicate a Hardware problem :( Here is a similar thread that is addressed by Michael @ Cisco;

If it's an hardware issue ( as discussed earlier in this thread ), the phone needs an RMA ( hardware replacement from Cisco ).
