UCCX 7.0 : Agents should always be ready, even if they miss calls

Hi


We have UCCX 7, Had a query, if Agents can continue to be in "Ready" State, even if they have missed calls. This is an odd requirement, however has been requested by Customer.

Log in to the appadmin, go to System, System Parameters, set "Agent State after Ring No Answer*" to Ready.
