We have ISDN PRI E1, with CUCM 6.1. We are planning to have 4 channels kept aside dedicated for 4 IP Phones, for emergency dial-out / dial-in purposes. Can we dedicate ISDN Channels only for the 4 IP Phones, based on the DID numbers?
Is there any other way to dedicate the ISDN channel for the IP Phones?
