Hey Cris

might be hitting this bug

CSCsx45240

Unable to contact EM Service

Unable to contact EM Service

Symptom:

Install Publisher

Install subscriber

Enable EMService in Subscriber

Use the EMApp in publisher for configuring the EM phone service

Try to do a EM login from a phone. The login fails with EM Service Conn Error.

Conditions:

Enabling EM Service in Sub and using the EMApp in pub for EM login

Workaround:

Restart Cisco Extension Mobility Application network service

Further Problem Description:

Enabling EM Service in Sub causes the EMApp's change notification handler thread in Pub to throw an exception in the background. As a result, the EMApp stops maintaining the list of active EM Services in the cluster. Hence when a phone attempts login, it fails with EM Service Conn Error
