Analog calls cut in

We have remote site with a 2801 router and 4FXO card with 4 analog lines. 2801 is configured as MGCP gateway. MLPP is set to "none," ports are configured as "bothways." Often when users dial out they "cut in" on calls that are in progress. Callmanager is 5.1. Unsure what other info would be useful here, I will be happy to supply more info as requested.

I have this problem too.
