I want to deploy a new UCCX7 system with outbound option but I don't know what part number I have to order (with UCCX 5.x, the part number is CCX-50-PBOS1).
Once you order the Premium license, the outbound option is part of it. I don't believe they have a separate part number specific for outbound.
CCX 7.0 PRE Seat Qty 1 (agent or supervisor)
