Cisco VPN client can not connect to ASA

An employee was able to access the network through Cisco VPN client yesterday. Today he cannot--the authentication box does not show up. The client 'connection' entry was deleted and reconfigured, still can not access the ASA firewall. Other clients are able to access the ASA. XP firewall is off on client's machine.

Last night the IPS showed the above client with alert: Invalid Netbios Name id=3357. The employee ran a virus check-nothing found. Any suggestions on throubleshooting the VPN connection?

Can user ping ASA outside interface?

If yes then verify the group name,key ,IP of ASA outside.

Group name should be exact case.
