7925G phones and AP1242G-A-K9 deployment

We will deploy 4-5 AP (autonomous with WLSE) and a bunch of wireless IP phones. I am curious to know any recommendation for this green-field deployment.

1. authentication: PEAP? or else. Older wireless phones only supports LEAP

2. encryption: ACS or TLS?

3. radio RF design?

4. how to utilize WLSE and make our lives easier?

5. anthing special about wireless voice?

6. does it make sense to disable B and only run G?
