This might be a simple answer but I'm not sure how this might work. We have a manager and assistant who share the same line. It's the managers primary line and secondary line for the assistant. When the assistant picks up the shared line she cannot transfer the number to her managers phone because it goes straight to voicemail(obviously because that line is in use). Is there a workaround for this so she can transfer the call the manager without having to place call on hold and telling him to pick up line. Hope that makes sense.
